HDM Group registered as a Skills Development provider with QCTO. We value empowerment and have embarked on training young graduates and students who are completing Engineering diploma with in-service service training and on job experience.
Throughout the previous 10 years, we had success in our program where we developed internal training modules for a structured young Engineer training to those in our care. The success of this program prompted us to peruse this in a large scale by establish ourselves as Skills training provider in order to partner with state entities and private companies to provide technical skills in a large scale.
Our aim is to empower young individuals and the wider South African community by equipping them with the necessary skills to support their own livelihoods.
HDM Group have developed a program called Young Engineer Training Program (YETP) which is designed to equip recent engineering graduates with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in their respective fields.
The program focuses on practical training, technical proficiency, professional development, and real-world problem-solving. We provide these for young Engineers who completed Bachelor Degree (B-Eng, B-Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical in built Industry
HDM Group developed a training program that is designed to equip aspiring and current project managers with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to effectively manage projects. The curriculum covers the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.
